Scotland v England (150th Anniversary)
Competition: 150th Anniversary Heritage Match
Fixture Date: 12/09/23
Scotland mark the latest chapter in the oldest rivalry in world football by hosting England in a special 150th Anniversary Heritage Match at Hampden in September.
The two nations first met in 1872 in Glasgow and the fixture is recognised by FIFA as football’s first-ever international match. Now the old foes will bring up the 150th milestone as part of a year-long calendar of events from the Scottish FA to celebrate the history of the association.
The Tartan Army will be in full voice at Hampden Park, where England last lost in 1985, as Steve Clarke’s men look to earn the bragging rights over their neighbours from south of the border.
You can reserve your copy of the SFA’s official commemorative publication from the event as part of a treasured keepsake from the event.
