Hull City reached the Championship play-offs for the first time since 2016 in dramatic fashion and face Millwall in the first leg of the semi-finals.

The Tigers survived in the second-tier last season on goal difference but have been a different proposition under manager Sergej Jakirovic this time around, claiming sixth place in the table with a comeback victory over Norwich City on the final day to deny fellow chasers Wrexham and Derby County.

The East Riding outfit, who have twice reached the Premier League via the play-offs, lost 3-1 to Millwall at MKM Stadium in March, but did flip that scoreline around when the sides met at The Den in December 2025.

Millwall finished the regular campaign in third on 83 points, 10 ahead of Hull, and this two-legged affair is sure to be a nail-biting encounter with a Wembley return awaiting the winner.
