Manchester City Women host defending champions Chelsea in a mouthwatering Subway League Cup semi-final this January.

City lost out to their rivals from the capital in last year’s showpiece at Pride Park Stadium but will hope home advantage edges them into the final once again for the chance to lift the prestigious silverware for a fifth time.

Andree Jeglertz’s side topped Group A before eliminating West Ham United 5-1 to reach the final-four stage of the competition, and currently sit at the summit of the Women’s Super League as well.

Sonia Bompastor’s visitors, who have reached the last six finals of the competition, winning three, saw off Liverpool 9-1 in the quarter-final and have their sights set on December’s final at Ashton Gate.
