Scotland welcome Iceland to Hampden for the first time in six years this June in an international friendly.

Manager Steve Clarke has named seven uncapped players in his squad for the home clash against the Strakanir Okkar, as preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers are stepped up.

Scotland have won all six previous meetings against the side currently ranked 74th in the world, with the last encounter in April 2009 seeing Ross McCormack and Steven Fletcher on target as a third consecutive 2-1 victory was achieved.

The Tartan Army never miss an opportunity to back their boys at the national stadium and this Friday night clash under the lights will be another compelling encounter.
