It’s an all Premier League tie in the Carabao Cup Fourth Round this October as Sunderland host Brentford.

The Black Cats haven’t reached the quarter-finals of the competition since 2022 and will be keen to put their home advantage to good use once again, having edged past Hull City on Wearside in the previous round.

Sunderland, two-time beaten finalists, host a Bees side flying high in the Premier League under manager Keith Andrews. The London-based side sealed their place in the Last 16 with a 2-1 victory on the road at Reading and will have their sights set on reaching the quarter-finals for a third successive season.
