TRANSFER LATEST

Derby County General News

The transfer window may be open across Europe this January, but Derby County have pledged their commitment to Ignition Sports Media by putting pen to paper on an extended new deal.

The League One promotion hopefuls, who are currently fourth in the table after losing just once in the league since late November, have been long-standing partners of ISM.

Together we relaunched the popular ‘The Ram’ publication a few years ago, much to the delight of the Pride Park Stadium faithful, and the 52-page A5 edition has gone from strength to strength since, with a dedicated readership picking up the title at the stadium and via online subscriptions.

‘The Ram’ is jam-packed with exclusive player interviews and columns from behind the scenes, as well as round-ups on the Derby County Women and Academy sides and the popular ‘It’s A Rams World’ feature that charts former players from across the globe.

Every issue gets the green light from the dedicated eyes of Senior Communications Officer Tom Loakes, who was delighted the partnership with Ignition had been renewed.

He said: “Ignition Sports Media have a long-standing relationship with Derby County Football Club and following the successful re-launch of ‘The Ram’ in July 2022, we needed little persuading to extend our relationship with them.

“From the first visual concept through to delivery of the finished perfect-bound publication at Pride Park Stadium, and everything in between, we know we can trust Ignition to always go above and beyond for us and to make the process, and the end product, as good as it should be for our supporters.”
